Broodbaksessies

Broodbaksessies is a collaborative musical project by me and Maarten Wesselius, which started around 2018. The project concentrates on free improvisation and mashup techniques, (ab)using existing materials (mainly songs and sound pieces by artists who inspire us). Through intense live editing we're looking to create fun and exciting new pieces, rich in detail and variation, by seizing elements from the source material and forcing them into a new environment. Everything topped off with the sonic sauce of a broken Silver Matrix.
